When you are looking to get an item replaced under warranty a proof of purchase will always be required. This means a receipt that has the amount date of purchase and the item listed so using a bank statement will not work. If you have a statement from your bank you may be able to go back to the retailer with the card number and date and obtain an invoice/receipt for your transaction that would show the items purchased!
