All airbeds lose some air during use due to pressure and the temperature.  That’s where the NeverFlat pump comes into the picture.  When the pump detects that the bed has lost some air the NeverFlat pump will turn on and refill the lost air.  If the pump remains on for hours and you are within the warranty period, reach out to customer service for help here.
